Fran Harris is a local artist in Knoxville, TN who specializes in custom pet, house, wedding, and business portraits. Her artwork varies in mediums from watercolor and india ink to graphic illustration. After receiving her BFA from the University of Georgia where she was a Varsity Cheerleader, Fran moved from her hometown of Winston-Salem, NC to New York City where she worked in production and advertising while continuing her education at The School of Visual Arts.
